How does the 90-day guarantee work?

What happens if I exceed my check-in cap?
Don’t worry, you won’t be billed for additional check-ins that month. However, your charitable donations will also be capped. If you exceed your cap for three months in a row, our customer success team may contact you about upgrading.
What if I have multiple locations?
If you operate multiple locations, contact our sales team and we’ll provide you with a custom quote, as well as some additional options exclusive to our larger affiliates.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can change plans at any time and at no charge. Your new plan will go into effect the following month.
