And Our 2016 Non-Profit Winners Are...

NGO_awards.pngWe partner with some amazing non-profit partners every month. For the first time, we wanted to highlight some of our exceptional partners throughout 2016 and celebrate some of the campaigns that saw the most engagement, the best stories, and had the most spirit. Here are the 2016 Causely Charitable Partners Awards!

Most Engaged Audience: The Autism Site

The non-profit partner that had the most engaged audience for the month they were featured.

Families living with autism spectrum disorders are confronted with multiple medical, emotional, and financial challenges. The Autism Site has partnered with leading organizations that help families living with autism access therapy and also work to advance autism research.

The Autism Site had a record number of check-ins!

Best Storytelling: Watsi

The non-profit partner that contributed the best stories to inspire and engage the user throughout the month and beyond.

Watsi enables anyone to directly fund life-changing healthcare for people around the world. So far, 20,766 donors have funded life-changing healthcare for 10,183 patients

Watsi introduced us to Vong, LIza, and Dara and allowed users to put a face to each check-in.

Spirit Award: Soles4Souls

The partner that consistently demonstrates passion and commitment to make the world a better place.

Soles4Souls is a not for profit global social enterprise committed to fighting poverty through the collection and distribution of shoes and clothing.

Soles4Souls has been a long time partner of Causely and has been a constant for people in need. So far, our partnership with Soles4Souls has raised over $180,000. That is a lot of shoes, pieces of clothing, and winter coats for people in need!

Special Thanks To All Our Non-Profit Partners in 2016!

Sarah Werner

Sarah wins the “off the grid” award on the Causely team. She aspires to live in a secluded cabin, surrounded by acres of pine trees and howling timber wolves, so she can finally write her award winning novel. In the meantime, due to the limited availability of her dream spot, she’s focusing on marketing, content strategy and storytelling for Causely. She has 5+ years experience in marketing and 10+ years in writing (27 if you include her childhood scribbles).

John Rougeux

John is an ambitious man who loves a good challenge. If you ask him to go for a hike, you’ll end up hiking the entire 2,000+ mile Appalachian Trail. If you ask him to go for a run, he’ll sign you up for an Ironman. No challenge seems to be too tough for this guy. John is the CMO and Co-Founder of Causely where he’s helping turn Causely into the most charitable company in the world.
